The Art of Enamel Dials: A Tradition of Fire and Glass
Discover the ancient craft of vitreous enamel, where powdered glass is fused to metal at temperatures exceeding 800°C to create watch dials of extraordinary beauty and permanence.
Watch dials born from the kiln. A slow, deliberate union of vitreous enamel and precious metal, crafted by hand in our atelier.
A space of quiet concentration where raw materials are transformed. Our artisans work with traditional tools, guided by the rhythm of the kiln and the pursuit of perfection.

Enamel is glass fused to metal at high heat. It is a process fraught with risk. The powder must be ground to a precise consistency, washed repeatedly in distilled water, and applied with the tip of a fine brush under a microscope.
Each dial enters the kiln up to eight times. At any moment, a micro-fissure can appear, or an air bubble can surface, ruining days of work. We discard any dial that is not flawless.
This rejection rate is the price of admission for the depth and permanence that only true Grand Feu enamel can provide.
We do not simply make watches; we curate stories in glass. Every collection is built around a specific enameling technique, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

On the cloisonné enamel dial, the great hornbill — often called the 'phoenix of the tropical forest' — is brought to life with its striking golden casque and contrasting black-and-white wings, capturing the wild elegance and regal charm of this iconic bird.
"The craftsmanship is palpable. You can feel the hours of dedication in the weight and finish. A truly unique addition to my collection."
"There is a depth to the enamel that photos simply cannot capture. It’s not just a watch; it’s a living piece of art that shifts with every angle of light."
"MarkLE has revived a lost art. The Grand Feu dial is mesmerizing, a testament to patience and precision in a hurried world."
